By accessing or using Settlr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Settlr ("we", "us", "our").
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Settlr is a mobile application that helps users track shared expenses within groups and record settlements between members. We operate at https://settlr.tech.
You must register to use the Service. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
We reserve the right to remove or reclaim usernames that are inappropriate or violate these Terms.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Settlr records expense and settlement data as entered by users. We do not verify the accuracy of this data, mediate financial disputes, or facilitate actual monetary transfers. Any financial arrangements between users are solely between those users.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms.
You shall not: decompile or reverse-engineer the App; modify or create derivative works; remove proprietary notices; or use the App to create a competing product.
All content, trademarks, and code within the Service are owned by or licenced to Settlr. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SETTLR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
